We know that proper preparation of a home for sale can make a huge difference. Tracking our sales vs. the rest of the market over the years, we have seen about a 5% higher sales price vs. similar homes that haven’t been prepared in that same manner. We offer the following services Complimentary to all our sellers:


Whether it is a “hybrid” stage of just supplementing your own furniture if you plan to be in the home during the listing period, or staging the entire vacant house, our designer can help.


We want outside your house looking and clean and amazing as the inside, so we pay our professional landscapers to do a yard cleanup for all of our sellers. Your yard will be looking better than it ever has, and you may even wonder why you didn’t do this earlier. We can also help facilitate larger landscaping projects when necessary.

Vendor Coordination

Most homes need some kind of professional upgrade before listing, whether it’s new paint, refinishing floors, or some minor handy-person tasks. Anchor has relationships with all types of vendors and will coordinate these professional services on your behalf. 

Professional Cleaning

We pay to have every one of our listings professionally cleaned as well. This includes professional window washing, and carpet cleaning when necessary.

Professional Photography

Once we’ve invested so much to make your house look its best, we are very particular with our photographers to make sure they capture the home in the best light so buyers are compelled to see it in person when they view your home online. We only work with the best professional photographers that we have vetted over a number of years.
