Whether purchasing your first home, your last home, or an investment property, we believe that understanding what pitfalls to avoid is much more important than having a professional focus on cosmetic finishes, or personal preferences. We take the approach of pointing out all of the “dysfunctions” in a home, such as poor location, awkward layout, being “over improved“, etc. If there aren’t enough reasons not to buy a home, then we all proceed to discussing a strategy for making a successful offer.

Buying the right house results in selling a great house, if/when our clients decide to sell. We have a great track record with our listing because we do the work to ensure our clients buy the best house in the first place.

We concentrate on keeping ourselves educated on construction practices, future zoning changes, land use rules and contract law, so that we can be sure to educate our buyers on every component of their purchase.

We understand how important a decision buying a home is, and are dedicated to making sure our buyers feel confident with their decisions, and enjoy the process of finding the perfect home.
